1968 Convertible Corvette

1968 Convertible corvette with Red Exterior, Red interior, White top. Car is a very early 68 built October 3, 1967. I will describe this car the best I can. I have owned this car the last 18 years and know every inch. Car has always been kept in the garage since I have owned it and the frame is solid. I am selling in order to purchase a C5 Z06. The car has a Non Original Motor 350 4 bolt main Bored .040 over with steel crank and TRW flat top pistons. Has 1966 fuelie heads with stainless valves and full roller rockers. Lots of extras. I have a Date matched L-79 Block, Heads and Large Journal Steel crank that has already been turned that I will include with the car, the intake I have is 2 months too late. I have many extra parts that I will include with the car if you desire. The seat frames were sandblasted repainted, foam and seat covers (Al Knoch) were replaced and look sharp as you can see from the pictures.The carpet is brand new as well as the floor mats. The interior is in good condition with minor flaws. The car was an Original L-79 (327/350HP) car with A.C. Power steering, manual windows. Just put on New tires, and had car aligned. Has original M20 4speed Muncie. Rear diff is a 4:11 out of a 1964 FI car. Headlights and Windshield wiper door all work, just replaced the wiper actuator. The paint is in good condition with two chips about .150 in diameter. Car runs strong and is fun to drive. Car draws a good crowd at shows. 1968's get expensive to restore because of 68 only parts and this one is all there. I will be happy to answer any questions. Asking $26,500. Or best offer.

Factory soft top fits 1997-2006 Wrangler. Top is black. No holes, rips, or tears but the top is faded and has some stains. Contains the rear and side windows but does not contains upper door windows. Windows are scratched. No hardware included, the top attaches to the factory hardware.
